We are happy to provide personal orders of very happy and 100% naturally grassfed and grassfinished beef product on pasture. We are proud to be the only fully grassfed/grassfinished highland beef product in Ashe County NC.

Our product is processed at either of two state of the art facilities locally located in North Carolina. NCDA Inspected and USDA Inspected. Dry-aged to perfection, we will take your personalized order, vacuumed sealed and boxed up.
